The beginning of my journey in equity and diversity started some years ago with new and positive energies.<\/p>\n

A clear path ahead.<\/p>\n

However, I soon realized the complexity of working in this field.<\/p>\n

Feeling stacked and unsecured.<\/p>\n

I thought I had clear opinions on equality of opportunities and I soon started challenging them.<\/p>
